It has been a few months now in our new home and we have had the time to finally sit back and reflect on our experience. There are a few things that really stand out for me that I wanted to share with you.

From our first meeting with you, both Shayne and I noticed how in tune you were with our needs as a seller. Your responses to our questions told us that you were listening and have the confidence and market knowledge to respond with solid advice. As we began to get to know you, we quickly realized you were an extremely "straight shooter"- never once did we feel that we were part of sales pitch or just another client. Eventhough we were in the middle of a rough real estate market, your advise, ideas and judgement sold our home at a price that we pleased with.

Transitioning to the purchase of our new home, we had a great time "shopping with you"! You created such a comfortable environment for us to tour homes with you. The homes you found for us to view matched our wish list and we knew it wouldn't take long for us to find the perfect one, and we certainly did! We absolutely love our new home and look forward to creating many happy memories here, it is exactly what we were looking for.

We want to thank-you June for making our decision to move one that we will always look back and know we made the right decision. I have bought and sold a few houses in my past and walked away each time wondering if I got enough money or experienced a few hidden surprises. I felt it was important to send you this feedback as you have changed my perception of the real estate industry. I hope that we will be in this home for many years to come but when the day comes to move, without question, you will be the first phone number we call.
